This series consists of the minutes (usually called Board Minutes) and other papers documenting the proceedings of the Executive Board meetings and of the Annual (and often Semi-Annual and Quarterly) meetings. Some Board Minutes record the attendance of board members. Also filed with these minutes are agendas; monthly reports of the League office, the treasurer, ward organizations, membership committee and other committees; resolutions passed by the board; some correspondence about meetings; and, in a few cases, records about publicity and speakers' bureau schedules.
